The Frederick and Mary F. Beckley Scholarship is the only scholarship for left-handed students. The scholarship is up to $1,000. It is awarded to left-handed students who are or will be enrolled at Juniata College. 

Scholar Athlete Milk Mustache of the Year (SAMMY) Award
The Scholar Athlete Milk Mustache of the Year (SAMMY) Award is for graduating high school senior scholar athletes. There are some acquirements to candidates. They must show superiority in athletic performance, academics, leadership and community service. Candidates must live in one of the 48 contiguous states or the District of Columbia. Each of 25 regional winners is awarded the scholarship of $7,500. Early March is the deadline.

SPAACSE Scholarships
The Society of Performers, Artists, Athletes and Celebrities for Space Exploration, Inc. (SPAACSE) offers two $1,000 scholarships.
The SPAACSE Galaxy Music Scholarship is awarded to graduating high school seniors who express an interest in space music as a way of demonstrating the beauty and inspiration of the world. If you want to get the scholarship you have to present music either a cassette or CD and the length should be 4-6 minutes. The SPAACSE Liliane Webb Art Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors who are interested in space art. Candidates must demonstrate an original two-dimensional space artwork. They must also a 1-2 page description of previous artistic and other school activities and awards.

AACT National Candy Technologists Scholarship
This kind of scholarship is given by the American Association of Candy Technologists (AACT) and is available to college freshmen, sophomores and juniors (for use in the next academic year). The annual scholarship of $5,000 is awarded to those who demonstrated an interest in confectionary technology. Candidates should be enrolled in accredited, four-year college or university in North America study food science, chemical science, biological science or related area, and have a GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. March 31 is the deadline.

Collegiate Inventors Competition
The Collegiate Inventors Competition is sponsored by the National Inventors Hall of Fame. The main idea of the competition is to encourage undergraduate and graduate students to produce new ideas, processes and technological innovations. The invention must have been reduced to practice and patentable. It may not be a commercial product or process or been patented or published more than one year prior to the date of submission to the competition. Submissions are selected and the selection is based on novelty and inventiveness, as well as on their potential value to society (socially, economically and environmentally), and on the range of use. Students can work together in a team up to four persons, but only one prize will be awarded per entry. The winner receives $25,000. There is also one Graduate Collegiate Inventors Competition award of $15,000 and one Undergraduate Collegiate Inventors Competition prize of $10,000. June 1 is The deadline is June 1.
